Founder Paul Langlois has spent a lifetime operating in high-consequence environments where "system failure" meant real-world danger. From his early years in the family towing business to navigating untouched wilderness for mapping operations, Paul learned that survival depends on preparedness.

His career took him to the limits of physical and mental endurance—working as an arborist climbing 140ft trees near 500kv power lines and operating heavy industrial cranes in the oilfields. But it was a catastrophic work injury—crushing his left side and requiring a year of intense rebuilding of his nervous system—that taught him the ultimate lesson in resilience: true strength comes from the ability to heal and adapt.

The Catalyst: A Legacy of Protection The transition from physical safety to digital security was driven by a single mission. Following the passing of his grandmother—the original dispatcher who "protected everyone"—Paul sought to build a system that could carry that legacy into the digital age.

Witnessing firsthand the rise in accidents caused by digital distraction and latency, he realized that modern security systems were too slow. They were reactive, not proactive.
